Our Burnt Clay Tiles, as the name suggests, are made by burning specially prepared clay mixtures at high temperatures. This traditional method of Tilemaking results in our highly durable, robust Tiles that have been utilised for many years in construction.
The primary material used in the production of our Burnt Clay Tiles is Clay, sourced directly from the earth at a short distance from our Clay products factory. This clay is mixed with water to form a pliable material, then shaped into bricks and subjected to high heat in a kiln/oven, resulting in hardened, durable bricks.
Common Sizes and Types: Our Standard Burnt Clay Tiles typically measure approximately 185 x 70 x 15mm, although sizes can vary based on regional standards and specific construction requirements.
